Had previously purchased the book on two occasions from (I must stress DIFFERENT) eBay sellers to find published in a very large format. Pleased with quick and helpful response from the seller. Overall very perish the purchase. Would definitely buy from the seller again.

Please take this into account before suggesting I am gouging on shipping costs. Thanks.
