      Happy customer, happy gamer.

      So its a genuine xbox controller. I can't say much about how well it works on an xbox, because i don't have one, but for a PC controller, i couldn't find anything more easy to set up with windows, the only issue I'm having isn't the controller, my pc needs a better bluetooth receiver, but other bluetooth controllers didn't work at all unless I was within 5feet of the pc, while this one works 10 feet away. Letting me know. It's the PCs receiver and not my switch controller, or off brand pc controller, or this controller. Good button return, responsive, obviously brand new analog sticks. Overall nice controller ,fine quality.

      Not the best quality

      came slightly defective in the sense that the audio jack didn’t work and the buttons/joysticks were stiff and hard to maneuver during gameplay. design’s cool, can’t deny that, but i would take quality over design any day. that’s the only reason i’m giving it less than 5 stars is because it came to me defective.

      Xbox controller

      Arrived a day early. Box for actual controller was damaged and open and controller was partially out of it inside packing box. No cord to plug it in with. Used old Samsung cord to see if it worked considering the box damage and it wasn’t packaged well at all. Luckily it’s working plugged in with a cord and works wireless with batteries. Controller is in good shape overall. Needs to be packaged a little better for shipping.

      Controller looked and felt brand new, very impressive. Buttons and thumbsticks are nice and tactile. Very satisfied with this product, and would definitely recommend over buying a new one.
