    Packaging must be improved

    Today I received 20 parts PT2272-M4. The containers used for transport of the devices 4 parts with 5 products each was closed with plastic tape. Using plastic tape is a risk, not only for ESD safety but as proved today, after transport the tape did not stick anymore and the product were found with broken and bended legs. Some are no longer to be used. From 20 parts, there were 6 no longer to be used. From the remaining 14, I tested 5 parts and they all work. After the packaging is improved and better/safer tape is used to close the containers, this might be a good supplier in the future.
