My gucci £16 1m length of m4 threaded bar was, I suspect, wrapped up so much it wouldn't fit through the letter box. Beacause RM wont take 1m lengths ( this isn't particulaly clear in listing) they used a courier with no local depot and only working hours delivery and pick up times. I requested it be returned for a refund, they agreed to contact the courier and request return, refund to be issued. According to tracking and paypal they have done neither, we are over 10 days since this agreement.

Unfortunately, Royal Mail do not deliver 1m lengths due to their policies so your order was upgraded to our next day courier APC. Unfortunately, when delivery was attempted for this the packaging for the bar would not fit through a letter box therefore delivery was unsuccessful.
