    the best book you will read on wine making.

    I was introduced to this book by my local wine making shop,the first book I got about 8 years ago so I got this later book to see if there more recipes,and to me it was best book on wine making I've ever read, the recipes are very detailed and what month to make them,I allso like the information from start to finsh,the do's and dont's,the equipment,tants and smells.
