    tried to print pictures but my printer is to picky I put a different black cartridge with the color Ink now it says it is damaged or missing.

    Unfortunately the first cartridge I received dried up in a month. MJC contacted me and sent me out a new cartridge no cost, to replace first one. He shouldn't be blamed for manufacturer problem. I'm very happy they way it was handeled and promply
