Exactly as described. Mailed promptly, however the USPS Thursday and Friday bounced the package back and forth between two neighboring cities. Finally sent it out for delivery on Saturday morning. When it did not arrive, I checked online and found that it was not delivered because the address needed to be verified because it could not be found. The mail was delivered just fine, but not the package. Typical USPS mail delivery! Gave 5 stars for shipping since the delay was not caused by seller.

The seller sent the wrong sized blood pressure cuff. I specifically requested the cat size cuff in the order notes section (see photo), upon placing the order. The seller now admits to sending a dog sized cuff; however they asked me to purchase, YES, purchase the cat sized cuff! No way is this fair. Now my blood pressure machine that I purchased from them is useless, as I needed it for cats, NOT dogs. This is very wrong and extremely disappointing.
