The boots were too narrow for my wife’s foot. I contacted the seller through E-bay, and he was happy to accept a return. He helped me with ordering the correct size and width for my wife. Great customer service. I received my lamp with a messed up non working light cord. I contacted the seller. Whoever was on the other side of the ebay store messaged me back saying to call a phone number they gave me for customer service. I called, left a message. I received a text asking about the problem. I sent pics and videos of the messed up cord. I was told the I would be send a new cord. I receive my new cord today and am now enjoying my lamp! Mistakes happen, and it was resolved.
