    GM 62z pickups

    These replaced the pickups in my squire cv 70. I like the sound, clearer, brighter. Be aware that in switch positions 2 and 4, where you have two pickups online, the volume drops and you have to turn it up. Not a big deal for me. I’m still learning.

    "Almost" a Fit!

    Great sound, but could not use as it was. Pup cover did not fit pickup opening, so bobbin width had to be shaved down, and then it fit into the "OLD" Pup cover, and worked fine.

    Ban for your buck

    These pickups sound amazing they sound almost as good as any brand name pickup , I put a set of these on my early 90s Peavey Predator USA the guitar has a way bigger sound brighter sound warmer sound more punchy I am very pleased with the results , the guitar sounds so good in fact I think it sounds almost as good as a friend of mine's USA Stratocaster pro , so for under $30 I say these pickups are a steel and a great upgrade

    Still wowed!!!!

    I installed these in a 2001 MIM Strat that I have played a lot and always enjoyed the sound of the stock pickups but missed the clarity and "glass" that alnico provides. So I have played for 15 years and have tried and own many higher end pickups in several guitars. I have to say I am wowed by these pickups even after having them in the guitar for a couple of weeks. I find myself reaching for this guitar for its sound over several of my higher end strats. I am shocked by the sound of these pickups. I plan on buying more sets just to keep around in case. They are that good.

    g m pickup set 62'z Alnico

    Swapped a set of these into my '13 MIM Fender strat from the stock ceramic ones. WHAT A DIFFERENCE ! Sounds as good now as any American Fender strat. IMHO.
