Most residential truck-freight shipments w/delivery appointments experience delays due to Covid aftermath and supply chain issues. Lack of staff & drivers, coupled w/the greatest ecommerce boom in history has paralyzed the industry. Delays are eminent in this new world in which we all live regardless of the shipper. We fought with shipper for days to deliver by 4/19, as that was customer’s last day off work to accept delivery. We were glad to single-handedly fix where the shipper fell short.

I ordered 2 of camel tan lt. brown leather replacement cushions and I received 1 tan lt. brown and 1 ivory cream. The boxes had the same SKUs so it was really just a packing error. I commend the seller for their excellent customer service in getting this resolved so I received the correct replacement. Highly recommend doing business with everythinghome. It's rare to find good customer service but I will happily shop their store again, knowing if there are any issues, they will be rectified.
