- s***u (220)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThis product saved me a ton money and aggrevation as there are no aftermarket plastic gas tanks made for my 1999 Tahoe. I suggest you watch the You Tube videos provided by the seller before installing. He not only shows how to install it correctly, but he also reminds you to work safely when gas fumes are present. The ring is made with of thick steel and is powder coated. If you live in a rust belt state, I suggest you coat the top of the ordinary zinc coated screws with rust preventative.

Minimal adjustment was needed for my tank, the remaining metal tabs were slightly in the way but with some slight adjustment the screws went in fine. 2003 yukon with flex. 2 thumbs and 2 big toes up! This is way better and cheaper than trying to source a new tank.
