    Good seller as far as packaging, speed of delivery and condition as described. Unfortunately I received a counterfeit pair of earbuds. Bose confirmed it with the serial number. I don’t believe the seller knew they were counterfeit. I did contact the seller and he said he had a pair he used at the gym and that was it. No offers to make things right. The seller has a no return policy so I took my loss. Live and learn. At $299 I did think they would be authentic. The noise cancellation is horrible

    I m sorry these bose headphones are genuine authentic from the serial number because we did sold plenty of them we don’t sell counterfeit bose products for many years our store speaks for us this buyer message me about the noise canelling does not respond after a month

    Love Bose

    A lot of people say bad things about the oh so overpriced Bose, I don’t mind paying for quality. Love my lifestyle system and won’t have anything else. Nothing wrong with Polk, Harmon K and many other but I simply prefer Bose.
