This cookbook is a must have!
I bought this cookbook because I do alot of Persian cooking. The cover exhibits a colorful dish which invites anyone to investigate further into the book. When you examine the book, not only do you find many colorful pictures of recipes, you also find many interesting articles relating to the Persian culture. In my opinion this enhances the quality of this book. People who are not familiar with Persian culture or cooking can visually see the end results of their recipe. I am not disappointed with this cookbook and consider it one of my favorites to use. It offers wonderful recipes, beautiful pictures, and many other interesting articles about the Persian culture.
