My spark plugs were not in the red OEM Honda box as described. They were also thrown in a thin plastic mailer and had come out of their boxes during shipping. I will not be surprised if they are broken. Contacted seller and they insisted that it was okay to ship them this way and that spark plugs are durable, which they are not. Don’t waste your time with this seller.

Hello, we're terribly sorry the spark plugs came out of their box in transit. The photos you supplied don't show any damage. You didn't claim any damage with the spark plugs in any messages sent. We let you know spark plugs rarely get damaged and are hard to damage. We also let you know the types of damages spark plugs are susceptible to. None of those damages are present with your spark plugs. You have not provided any evidence of damage to support your claim they are not ok. Thank you!
