Totally needed this part!!! I got a belt too, but I'm pretty sure this is all I needed. If your Toro 30" Timemaster is pulling forward but it lacks power, or just not getting to the top speed like it used to, probably this part. My old spring was rusted and really stretched out. (see pic)
