I would like a full refund I cannot use this at all. None of the prints are coming out. Please advise. I can send photos. The bottles look resealed. Not factory sealed. Seems like water was added to the resin or something. We used black tape to seal the cap exactly the way as we did before. If the bottle has been settled for a while, you have to shake it hard to ensure a uniform concentration.
