    I’m always amazed at how awesome these Guitar Madness pickups sound. These are no exception! The best way to describe the sound of these pickups are 3 dimensional and hi-fi. The top end is very open and bright without having any harshness and the bottom end is nice and tight. If you’re looking for that sound, get the ‘59 pickups.

      GM 59er

      I installed three sets of the GM 59' er pickups in three LP style guitars for friends and family. they all love them, the neck pickups really sound great clean or overdriven. the bridge sounds great as well, a little bright depending on amp setting. so rolling back the tone knob may be needed. over all really great sounding pickups. if you need a little more heat in the bridge then get the hot rod set , same neck pickup, I have that set in many of my guitars. both RG and LP style guitars. I have many GM pickups , all work great and are a great alternative to the expensive name brand pickups. do your self a favor and get these, I think you will like them and you will save some bucks. rock on.

      Very impressed!

      For the money, you really can’t go wrong! Bright without being shrill, good midrange and not too woofy on the low end. These pickups have a woody tone like a ‘59 pickup should have. Rolling back the volume knob cleans up nicely. This is my second time buying pickups from this company and both times I’ve been happy. I’ve been using these pickups for a month or so, wanted to really play them before writing a review.

      Great pickups for the $$$

      For the money, these are some GREAT sounding pickups. The ONLY reason I didn't give it 5 starts is because the lead wires on the neck pickup are too short
