I first recieved my order wich was broken from the transporters (over-sea) an then communicated with the seller because there was one strip of leds not working and asked for a replacement of that broken strip.... The seller answered very quick and told me not to worry he would send me a new set of strips, that's is exactly what he did!!!!
I recieved it today and it was wraps with really care into bubbles.
