These are not used, but they were definitely not in the original packaging or have enough drapery hooks. I received 10 hooks, which is standard for 1 panel, not the two. The packaging looked as though they were from something else, too big. The panels look good. Good seller. product is good. Would buy from them again, but ship it faster. Took 9 days to get here. I dont recall if there was an option to ship them faster, but wish I had.
