It only took me 30 minutes to take out the old one and install the new used GEM modular. I then reconnected the negative battery terminal and this thing brought all my power back to the windows, doors, wipers, trunk pop function and interior lights like nothing ever happened in the first place. I would highly recommend this company/individual for your GEM modular. Only down fall I found is this was the basic not high one
