The part was appears genuine however DJI is not in the business of customer service. When I wrecked my mini I couldn’t get any support. After ordering this part the drone did not recognize it. I had to literally pull the wiring and camera out of the old gimbal assembly and put it into the new one. I should have probably made a how to video. Needless to say after playing Frankenstein it got it back in the air.

Hi there,Thank you for your feedback, but I should let you know we are not DJI but a third-party retailer. DJI unfortunately wants to be like Apple and creates a closed system for its customers. It is such a shame, as we should absolutely have a right to repair the products that we own! That being said, they build in hurdles to fixing their drones, hence why there is third-party software to install it. DJI is not interested in supporting its customers after sales, and that is a shame.
