I just had to update 1 or 2 things instead of re-measuring everything. I was able to make a number of custom requests (I sent a picture of a jacket I liked the color of, and they found the fabric themselves), I asked for button holes on the sleeves, and they did it for free. I expected an up-charge. The coat fit exactly right with no tailoring, and everything was right!
