I purchased 2- 10" knipex diagonal cutters and when they shipped the items and they got to my house only 1 item was in the package even though they wrote on it that both items were inside. I have contacted Mr. Tools multiple times to have this issue resolved and they haven't once contacted me about said issue. Unless a resolution is provided I will never purchase from these bums again and I highly recommend that future buyers beware!
