I had to ask EBay to cancel order as seller was not clear regarding delivery and excuses were unsettling.
I was refunded through eBay as the cancellation was refused on sellers website.
Not a positive experience for me as communication only came after eBay intervened.
I purchased another similar item thru another seller today and “ voila “ within two hours I have tracking number and date through courier. It’s on the way.
I hope original seller understands polite communication is essential.

She never asked me for a refund and went straight to Ebay. I never say no to anyone who wants a REFUND. This is not my fault. Ebay emailed her stating that delivery was delayed due to Canada Post and the buyer got upset at me. When she initially messaged me when she would get her packaged, I told her that there was an issue with Canada Post and she didn't believe me. Once Ebay email me she wants a refund, I processed it right away. She got her full REFUND, what is the issue? Why the hate?
