The Bodhran
Great video production, with a split screen to show what's going on at both sides of the drum. Steafan Hannigan, the instructor, has an easy, natural teaching style. My only complaint would be that there is a rather large jump between the speed and style from the first lesson to the second. I couldn't make the jump easily, but I'll keep trying to master it. Maybe it's my lack of talent, not the teacher's lack of ability! Mr. Hannigan does an impressive job of explaining the way to hold the stick, and how to correctly move both hands to achieve the desired result. If I can master the basic beats, I will truly enjoy playing along with Mr. Hannigan and his piper.Great video production, with a split screen to show what's going on at both sides of the drum.
