Computer as described, good communication, very bad packing job. The tower thankfully survived the in-state journey to me but it was a miracle it did. The box was crushed, and there was nothing protecting 3 sides of the tower or the top where a side panel was inserted. The images are as I received it. Not good at all, but it did survive by some miracle. Thanks.

It was packed well & showed up quickly. Better than described in ad, and they were negotiable on price. 10/10 very happy all around. Only thing I think could've been better was a few more pictures for the listing. That's very much a nit pick though
