This generator is hard to find and expensive when you do. Considering this, BNR s price is fair. The generator was very well packed, looked like quality built, but it didn t work (for me). Communication with BNR regarding the problem was prompt. Using another BNR replacement part ,I was able to fix a different generator and it worked fine. Frustrated, I asked to return it and BNR promptly sent me a return shipping label. They actually paid the return shipping! Great company to deal with!
