    A few bolts missing from kit, which made the job awkward as I’d started fitting before finding this out, so my van was out of commission before the necessary bolts arrived. I gave full description of required bolts, diameter, length and pitch, and who I dealt with said I wasn’t giving the correct information, the bolts that arrived were the wrong pitch so I had to alter the torque settings accordingly from the instructions with the tow-bar kit
