You need to like puzzles with no instructions and the online product photos are silly. I decided that with two longer bolts to clamp the "L"s to the horizontal rail, the mount system is fine. The new bolt head goes through the supplied metal bracket (an additional washer provides some extra strength), and these parts slide inside the track. A nut, lock washer and washer go on the end of the new longer bolts and secure the “L”s to the rail. The rubber-bolt part allows leveling of the "L"s.

Arrived with one broken mounting bracket. Needs more installation instructions that are not generic but specific to the item. Was a very good price. The vendor was quick in shipment and very responsive to me. Unfortunately after arriving I decided not to go with the louver but decided to have the windows tinted. If I decide to go with the louver in the future I will definitely go with this vendor again.
