    Kettlebell 3 om 1

    This is a great workout video. It has a very simple warm up and has really firmed up by arms. a great way to exercise, indoors. No special clothing or shoes required.

    Why I like my kettlebell DVD

    I had heard that the Kettlebell exercise program, was a good fitness one. I am in a fitness class, and wanted to try something different to do in between. This beginner DVD is just the berries for a beginner. It is simple to follow, and I found that it has worked muscles that have not been work with the other. I highly recommend this video to anyone who is starting out.

    This DVD is excellent for beginners. It is easy to follow and the initial instructions are useful and let the user know the proper form and postures for the various exercises. I would recommend this DVD for beginners.

    Absolute Beginners Kettlebell 3-in1

    I tried the DVD and will enjoy using it on a regular basis. Amy is very good at showing what to do and makes sure it is being done correctly. I was surprised that I got such a workout as a beginner. She does a very good job.

    Only 6 exercises shown which created boredom fast!

    I got to a kettle bell class and was interested in getting a DVD to follow at home. This one is very easy to follow; however it only shows you 6 different exercises. As a result, I got bored with it fast!
