    Great modem, looks brand new

    Very good item, looks brand new, unfortunately, Spectrum limits the speed on modems not leased from them. I have the ultimate package with 300 mbps on Spectrum modem, but when I called them to switch, the speed went down to less than 65 mbps. If you need a great modem for speed up to 70 mbps, it is a great item.

    No power cable Provided

    I was excited to open up the box after paying high shipping cost to get it early. However, the power cord was missing and I had to order it from somewhere else. It looks to be in a good shape but I can't use it until my power cord gets delivered. Don't know if the device itself powers up or not yet.
