    Good seller as far as packaging, speed of delivery and condition as described. Unfortunately I received a counterfeit pair of earbuds. Bose confirmed it with the serial number. I don’t believe the seller knew they were counterfeit. I did contact the seller and he said he had a pair he used at the gym and that was it. No offers to make things right. The seller has a no return policy so I took my loss. Live and learn. At $299 I did think they would be authentic. The noise cancellation is horrible

    Great sound!

    I had purchased a used Solo 10 series I about a year and a half ago and I didn't like it at first. I sounded kind of hollow, but I got used to it. It quit working so I thought I'd try the series II model of the Solo 10 as I didn't want the universal full size remote that comes with the series II Solo 15 unit. The Solo 10 series II is much better sounding than the series one and I'm completely satisfied with. I bought a new one this time and I do hope it'll last longer than a year and a half. I had no idea how old the used one I got was. I'm guessing it was pretty old and well used before I got it thus explaining the year and a half life. At $349 and change I couldn't be happier. Thanks Bose for producing great products.

    Solo 10 series II

    Audio is only fair to moderate. Unable to adjust bass function at low audio output. Just not enough drive. If you expect driving bass, remember that you get what you pay for. This is a moderately priced TV speaker tha will improve your audio experience but will not perform up to the level of a good 5.1 or receiver driven level.

    WOW! By far the best soundbar from bose for the money! The sound is night and day after you update the system. I was not expecting much after reading the negative reviews. Trust me, once you update the latest firmware from the bose website, and make sure your tv speakers are off and audio out set to fixed, it will blow you away. The bass: perfectly balanced. I recommend to all.

    This unit was one of the easiest I’ve ever hooked up! Was looking for system without an over abundance of wires & sound that was clear &crisp . What can I say this older style Bose 10 with base adjustment knob sounds great.

    Bose at a value---rare indeed

    I am a fan of Bose--starting 40 years ago. Their reputation for quality products is not refutable... This unit is simple, handsome, and delivers exactly what you expect from this priced Bose brand. A real plus with this unit is that I got it on sale at a real fine price... It sounds redundant and silly to continue to say the same thing about this company..but, I will say it anyway...You can't go wrong with Bose.
