It's a good deal, but I would highly recommend an ssd be installed immediately. It barely moved with the mechanical hard drive. PC's now well fast enough for general web and video. For the price I also highly recommend considering upgrades, the case is good with it, there's very little cost, for good performance with phenom/ddr3 RAM Note the GPU eh, a side kick low profile would help.

I bought it for a young man who hasn't ever had a Computer of his own. I was helping a neighbor move and he gave me a Computer Tower which I gave to my young neighbor friend. After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
