    Item hadn't arrived after 12 days so contacted seller. They offered no apology and cancelled the order instantly, stating that I had requested the cancellation. I never said anything about cancelling I just wanted the item that I ordered. Disgraceful service.

    Lost item, shipped 2nd class Royal Mail, then being told to fix the problem when it is lost with Royal Mail makes customer like this difficult. We issued a full refund without any hesitation. Lots of aggression in the messages sent. We have reported this buyer unfortunately.

    To clarify: Seller refused to provide proof of postage. Threw a tantrum when I called them ridiculous. Made baseless claims that I was being sexist?! Threatened to post me on social media. Demanded I remove the negative feedback. Now labelling me as aggressive in a last ditch attempt at damage control. Years on ebay and never encountered anything like it.
