    Be sure to use with iron pots and pans

    I always wanted one of these since I have all electric appliances and the con is the difficulty in managing the heat intensity. The induction cooker has a temperature control, which is great. The only thing I didn't realize is that most of my pots and pans were stainless steel or copper. I did have one LeCreuset pot. So, I had to buy different cookware - it wasn't an issue for me because all of my pots and pans were old (time to upgrade). Would eventually love a full induction stove top and oven - quite expensive, so I'll stick to my single table top for a while. BTW... although the base doesn't get hot, obviously the pot gets very hot so beware. Love the technology.

    GREAT PRODUCT

    I have owned one of the first ones that came out, for years.I had a chance to replace, my button worn out one, with the new pro. I would be lost with out one. So fast, I like it more than the microwave. Can't wait until I can afford the newest model. south Texas
