They offered me a 100.00 discount instead of replacing new hardware kit and I told them no... so almost a month later I received the replacement part that was broken and the mounting hardware but as you can clearly see in the photos that replacing this broken piece is no easy task and I shouldn't have to being that I ordered a new machine.
