The item arrived as described. I'm very happy with fit and finish of the batwing. My bike doesn't have fork brackets, so I had to DIY the install. International shipping took about 3 weeks or so. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase and would recommend the seller.

Thank you usa-bikercomm. The fairing looks and functions great. I am not rating on the shipping as there was a delay in shipping. That being said, I feel it may have been the actual shipper that had the issue as the label was created for shipping the day after purchased, and you did correct the issue when I contacted you about it. Overall a good experience and I thank you for the quality product.

Price was good shipping wasn't bad BUT there packing of the item wasn't good I was vary disappointed as the item was scratched from lack of good packing put in for a return and was told I had to pack it good or they would deduct money from my refund so I had to do the job that they should of done when they shipped it to me and they stopped messaging back after I said that they should of packed it better will not ever order from them again but I did get my full refund

I received this item and as soon as I took it out of the box notice the chrome was peeling off . It peeled off so bad in big areas . I contacted the seller asking for a replacement item and sent pictures and videos of the faulty product and the seller is not wanting to make good on the item by sending a new one or issuing a refund .. I ordered this product March 31 and here we are a month later and still no results or resolution ! I highly recommend u don’t not buy from this seller! Junk product
