The length of the pin to hitch to wagons is very small and the wagons will come unhitched over points. Advised the seller and asked if they had any with a longer pin. The reply was ‘no’, as it made disconnection difficult . Looking to add the loop over the pin by drilling a small hole behind the hitch pin then bending and crafting the loop to fit, hopefully rectifying my problem, however time has been spent on an item that should be fit for purpose from the packet it was bought in.

Unfortunately, the customer has used the service feedback to review a product. A full refund would have been given, if he was not completely satisfied with the product and had returned it. My answer wasn't such a harsh 'no' as is suggested. I gave him an explanation why it is not a good idea (harder to couple) and a solution how to make it work, which he followed. I would say a good as service as one can give. Bonus tip: a well laid track is essential for reliable coupling.
