    Sump pump shining

    Great little powerful and reliable pump. I use mine for transporting...transferring (?) water from a small spring on my land to my large garden. I run 100 feet of plastic 1" pipe to two (Separated by a "Y" connector) 3/4" garden hoses, each 100' long. I get 5-6 gallons of output with (at most) a 10 foot "head". Pressure at the end point is NOT sufficient for a garden hose nozzle however. I have another one, this one recently purchased as a backup although I have not had any problems with the first and have used it to pump 15-20,000 gallons this season alone. BE SURE TO GET THE MODEL WITH THE AUTOMATIC SHUTOFF! This feature can save your pump motor in the event of a water stoppage with you not being near for immediate shutdown.. Nice reliable pump.

    Nice little pump (BUT)

    I've purchased 2 of these pumps..The increase in price is now too steep...The automatic on/off circuit board do not last very long..and the manufacturer (Xylem) will not supply/sell just a circuit board replacement..You must buy a new pump which is becoming too expensive..

    Works well at a great price..

    I had one before but it had the twelve foot cord. Much better to reach my outlet up in the ceiling. Otherwise it works well. Turns on and off as needed.
