Maximize the strength of your wheelset and ensure that all spoke nipples are torqued to the proper specs. Overtightened nipples can creat weak wheelset or you'll be likely to break spokes or nipples!

Items were drop shipped from china they were not in stock when they sold them
The packaging was trash which allowed the boxes to rip open and scratched the hub spacers up. Since it took 21 days I’ve already put wheels on the bike so I won’t be installing them. I requested a return label to send them back and I was told to take it up with EBay. I’ve been on eBay for over 10 years and NEVER dealt with a seller this bad. Avoid at all costs

Usually, it takes 8-15 days to delivery customers for customerized wheels by Fedex/UPS Saver depends on the destination shipping address, but Fedex/UPS stopped to provide service on 2/5-2/19 because of Chines Lunar New Year Holiday, so, we catched up the 1st airplane on 2/21 and delivery to customer on 3/5. Any customer should send us the damaged box or return us with 30 days as soon as received it, obveriously, this customer NEVER send us any picture to verify his descriptions.
