The portafilter: top quality. The included basket: more or less competition grade. If what you have is a Saeco Poemia/Starbucks Barista or it's variant, this is what you want. There literally is nothing like this on the market. Bought this as a gift for my father. I will be ordering one more in the future; for my own use.

The problem is not with the portafilter but maybe with my specific machine or generally with this model which is designed for pressurized portafilter. Even after many tries the extraction with the bottomless portafilter in too fast with splashes all over, even with the finest possible grind.
