I have to say that the glass bottle of squid oil arrived broken in its packaging, leaking all over. Although the bottle was bubble wrapped, it was sent in brown paper packaging - NOT a good idea. I contacted this merchant right away, and the next day got a reply with a full refund the same day. The company told me that EBAY is responsible for packaging, so I can't blame the merchant, who handled the transaction as best they could, so I give them a great rating.

Ordered a set of two plastic oven bar end caps with screws for $94. I got was an open package of one end cap & no screws. Contacte the seller, they told me ask for a refund & they would pay me back when the item was returned. They didnt offer to replace the missing item, I had to do all the work to fix their mess up! What was bad was EBAY promised a $5 discoiunt for anythng I pjurchased and it would be applied when I piurchased something,. They did not pay the $5. The good news is I would reorder the product and do it confidently from this vendor. I just woukd not trust EBAY on any cimmitments they make.

Good product, horrible packaging
This would be a 5-star review except for one thing. This trimmer does exactly what's needed: It gives me a close beard trim powerfully without snagging or pulling, and without forcing me to wade through 20 attachments of various sizes and shapes that are hard to figure out. It's compact and simple. Here's why it doesn't get five stars from me: The product came wrapped (I should say "entombed") in a hard plastic package that defied opening without resort to scissors and a knife. It took two people five minutes just to get this simple product out of its package, and even though we were doing our best to be careful, my spouse suffered a cut finger from sharp edges of the plastic. I can't see the slightest excuse for this packaging. So go ahead and buy the product. But don't expect to ... This would be a 5-star review except for one thing. doent last more then 1 year
well, I seem to always find the peanut that never lasts, maybe its a sign I work to hard? Any way mine never last more then 1 year, in the past 6 years I have purchased 7-8. After 1 year they always made LOUD NOISES, one ever shook like a mexican jumping bean in my hand. The good thing is , if you drop them they seem to keep going as long as you don't chip the blade. But that's not to bad , just by a head. I use this product to trim/shape my beard and my wife uses it to trim/cut my hair between visits to the barber. It works perfect for all our uses. This unit replaces an older "peanut" that finally gave up and crashed. It was several years old and was given to us by my barber, so well used. The product comes with a variety of shaving heads of different depths so you can adjust as necessary for your desired cut.
