Almost left neutral feedback because hat was completely crushed because it wasn't put on a box but was just wrapped in thin plastic. I've had a lot of hats shipped and they've always come in boxes. I'm happy it is a genuine Suzuki item though. It's a beautiful hat they made. I just think seller should think about how they package items. Cheers
