long delivery time, after deliver Card was activated quickly, but there was no data plan deposited, even the AT&T service could not help, unfortunately total loss of money and no refund or help from the seller

Delivery time has nothing to do with us, that's the post office. We did tried to help you setup your device and as per the invoice that we sent you the plan was added accordingly as per AT&T. After the plan has been activated it is the USER responsibility to make sure you have the right settings in order to work properly and as per the listing, there are no refunds once the sim has been activated.
