      The right tool for the job.

      I bought this tool for cutting the paper center on old rotary telephones. I wanted a tool that does't leave a mark or a hole at the center. This one, as long as you figure out how to set it up, it cuts perfect circles. The instructions are detailed but you have to make some trials on scrap papers to get the desired results. It's important to have a stable cutting background. The depth of the knife was adjusted by retracting the red protective rubber. Be careful when doing this, the knife is very sharp. The meausiring plate is very helpful but take care not to scratch it with the knife when you remove it to make the cut. I did. It does what it claims, i'm happy with it.

      Excellent tool! I never thought quality could be this cheap.

      This tool is sturdy, and does not break easily like many other cutting-tools in this price range. It is very easy to use, and even though instructions are in japanese, the simple drawings in the manual is enough to get you through the product. Only possible downside is, that the blades only have 3mm cutting-edge. But those are easily replaced with new or other blades. All in all, this is an excellent cutting-tool for most people's need. I will compare it with the almost-mythical "Allpax" cutter, and say that this is a very cheap alternative.

      Best out of the 4 I tried

      Have purchased 4 different models and makers, this is the only one that delivered on the promise of cutting thicker paper. It is a little hard getting the size right but after that it is an unwavering machine. Final word, stay away from Fiskars, get this one instead.
