The seller had sent the item to the Philippines and apparently the item was received at the local customs clearing facility. Unfortunately the items has not yet arrived at our delivery address and I have no way to trace the package, except the given tracking number.According to DHL tracking the item arrived here in the Philippines in time and the seller had no participation in the delay and has offered to assist by contacting the DLH couriers.I am rating this seller as highly recommendable.
