    Excellent product. I have used it for years with no problems.

    Don't whip cream without it! Even if you are not keeping the whipped cream over night (or longer), it improves the body and is a must if you add liquid flavors (like maple syrup or jam) since it absorbs moisture. One 8-10g packet is just right for a pint of cream. Don't worry, the exact ratio of cream to Sahnesteif (WhipIt in other packaging) is not critical. Use it as you see fit and have fun.
