The seller seller broke my merchandise when she attempted to package it for shipping. She promptly notified me but told me I would have to contact Ebay for a refund. Since buyers are the only person who has permission to cancel an order before shipping, I had to start a refund process under the category of return for broken merchandise. I would not recommend this seller.
