Because of color, I thought it was purple , I added a note to pick out a dark purple. The seller was kind enough to let me know that they were blue and told me before he shipped it. Seller was kind enough to offer me a full refund, I will be shopping at their store soon. Good Customer Service needs to be patronized.

I got the bong the stem and bowl was broken in pieces and I put new stem and bowl but bong was cracked I took pics and threw it away I told the guy and send him pics and he did nothing it was even the wrong color as I had ordered a blue one I don't feel as it was his fault as he took care to package it but post man must have threw it but he still did nothing I do not feel like I would order from this seller again
