- 4***k (7)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseI payed nearly 9K for this machine to this " superstore " June 10th , first message i got from this company was 19 days later !! telling me they had an inventory error and the machine was not available !! it took them 19 days to figure this out !! today July 9th the 9k is still not back in my account !! if you guys need to borrow money , please try banks or ask some family member for help .... just frustrating and sad companies like this are still doing businessReply from: fitnesssuperstore- Feedback replied to by seller fitnesssuperstore.- Feedback replied to by seller fitnesssuperstore.We are sorry that we had to cancel. We remanufacture our equipment after it sells, and unfortunately have the occasional issue. While remanufacturing, we discovered defective parts that cost more than what we sold the machine for. We attempted to search for the parts through other sources, but came up empty. The customer paid July 11th, and a full refund was sent on July 29th. We have screenshots which confirm.
